Next door to Town Square in Summer enjoy Corcoran's Pond with swim raft and boat rentals as well as Mountain Bike Trails, Tennis and Golf (fees apply).  Winter brings amazing xc ski trails or snowshoes, sleigh rides, tubing, and a shuttle to Waterville Ski Area.

Year-Round enjoy the Quaint Shops, Restaurants, Bar and Jug Town for most of your grocery needs!  Inns of Waterville Valley also offers complimentary passes to the White Mountain Athletic Club!  Here you can enjoy the Indoor and Outdoor Pool, hot tub, sauna, weight, and cardio rooms.

This place is perfect for families with kids as there is a number of different activities for all ages and seasons. We really appreciated a fully equipped kitchen, exceptional cleanliness,2 full bathrooms, and the opportunity to use the athletic club. Overall seamless experience.
