However, the bathroom did have a shower chair and appropriate grab bars in the tub/shower combo did not have directions on how to turn on the water. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out why the water did not come on. When I checked out I did mention the issue to the front desk ….. ‘oh you should have called… I told him what I tried - which is what he told me I should have done. His response was oh you must have missed a step.’ I...

"The customer service was exceptional. They free breakfast was small, but had enough variety for everyone. The only complaint I have is the AC in our room was loud. Not at all times, just when it started up. "
