Overall a great experience other than a request for 1:00 p.m. check-in because we had a handicap person with us was not that even though it was booked almost a year ago. We did get an upgrade but one room did not have air conditioning for some reason. Other than that everything was great

We went to a show at L’Olympia and wanted a hotel in walkable distance. We loved the decor of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our balcony and shower. The hotel was quiet too. Our breakfast was delicious. The only negatives (but not a big deal) were some stains on our carpet and the door didn’t close easily. We would definitely stay again.
