「The stay was very noisy. The fire station is only blocks away, and sirens went off multiple times in the middle of the night, providing no quiet rest at all.」

「The staff was friendly. But when we arrived there weren’t any luggage carts. Apparently they only have 2. We were staying 2 nights and was given 2 each of towels washcloths and hand towels. The next day the housekeeping staff took one of the used washcloths, 1 hand towel and the bath mat. They didn’t leave any clean replacements. When I asked I was told that they were out of washcloths and offered me 2 hand towels. It wasn’t until the last morning that I realized that they took the bath mat...

「とても感じの良いホテルです。この地域で選ぶならここがお勧めだと思います。 お部屋も良いのですが、私には暖房が必要な気温でしたが、冷房でした。これは海外のホテルではよくあることなので想定済みでしたが…。２泊目のお隣の部屋が多分一晩中テレビをつけっぱなしだったようで、音が気になりました。海外のホテル全般に言えることですが、どうしてハンドシャワーにしないのかな？」

「We used the motel to break up our drive to Maine and to see family in the area. Great location with a nice bed for a good night's sleep. Room was dominated by the bed so not much room for anything else. It served it's purpose. Would stay again.」

「The stay was good. But, it was only one night. If I were to want to stay a week. I would think twice about it. The even staff, basically locked himself in the office. Didn’t allow us to come in for check in. Made us use a little window for transaction. Like if he was scared of contact with customers. Your establishment is in a nice area. I’ve been living in Waterbury, CT since 1994. I know all the bad areas to avoid. That location is not a bad area. So, I really wasn’t happy of the introduction...
