"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely superb from the welcome drink upon arrival to checkout. We were upgraded for free to a suite and the room was beautiful. The attentive staff seamlessly set up everything for us including airport transportation, Angkor wat tours, and spa treatments. The complimentary breakfast buffet was great and even included made to order items such as eggs and soups. The best hotel experience we have ever had. "

"ON the whole, we really enjoyed our stay at Riversoul Boutique, due to the great location, friendly staff and excellent value for money at the property. All the staff, and particularly in our dealings with Mr Kai, were very friendly, and always on hand to answer any questions/take any bookings. We were also able to check in early due to an early flight arrival time, which were very grateful for. The location of the hotel is excellent within the city itself for day/evening strolls, and is also a great hop-off point for exploration of the Angkor Archeological park. The food offerings within the hotel were great and the massage/spa service was excellent also"

"The breakfast buffet had a wide and tasty variety of Cambodian and Western items. The staff is extremely attentive and are always going the extra step to ensure the guest is totally satisfied. The rooms are large with amenities such as a small refrigerator, kettle and toiletries. The bed was soft and cozy.The rooms have stunning woodwork throughout. Bottom line this is a five star establishment. The Ox Tail restaurant on site offers extreme luxury in fine dinning. Actually this was the best, most well equipped Hotel/Resort I have ever had the pleasure of staying at."

"Pool was nice, front desk staff were nice,helpful..Everything was good overall ,I stayed 4 days total but never received housekeeping service,I had to go to front desk to ask for towels almost everyday and toilet papers and I had to take care of my trash outside the hotel."
