どういうわけか、ハンデキャッパー用の部屋に。すぐ部屋のチェンジをお願いするも満室でできないとのこと、水回りがやたら広いのに、部屋は机もソファもないという非常に居心地の悪い部屋でした。残念です。

Liked location near Nationals ball park and near Metro. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel kept up nicely and staff accommodating.

The receptionist when we checked in is terrible. Not helpful and not friendly at all. She wears a thick glasses and customer service skills is poor. She shouldn’t be working on the front desk.

Great friendly Staff, location was great for our travelling, room was good, a few let downs by a very loud aircon unit inside the room, it didn’t have any sheer curtains on one large window which looked out to construction site & other buildings for some privacy, also rooms didnt seem sound proof as could hear people talking in the next room. Aside from these would definitely stay there again

I enjoyed the food around the area and how convenient it was to get to all that I wanted. I traveled through union station and this hotel was luckily only 10 minutes away.

This was a perfect location for an assignment at DC Water. The rooftop was lovely, WHEN it was open. But most frustrating was the WI FI, which just didn't work properly. Couldn't get an Uber unless I left the building. No connection through the hotel's WI FI. But a most helpful woman at the front desk was super.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. This marks the second time I have chosen to stay at your establishment, and I must say I am extremely disappointed by the lack of cleaning and towel changing services provided during my visit. Upon checking in, I was surprised to learn that the hotel does not offer daily cleaning or towel changing services. This information was not communicated to me by any staff member, and it was only upon returning to my room after a day of activities that I realized this omission. Considering the significant nightly rate of $253, I find it unacceptable that basic amenities such as cleaning services are not provided. As a loyal member of the Hilton family, I have come to expect a certain level of quality and service, which was clearly lacking during this stay. Furthermore, I believe that the hotel's purported commitment to sustainability and cost-cutting measures is being taken advantage of at the expense of customer satisfaction. Sanitization, especially in urban areas, is paramount for the health and safety of guests, and cutting corners in this regard is both irresponsible and disappointing. I sincerely hope that this issue can be addressed promptly and that measures will be taken to ensure that future guests are properly informed about the services (or lack thereof) provided during their stay. As a valued customer, I expect more from a reputable brand like Hilton. Thank you for your attention to this mat

Very loud. Staff was very rude when I entered. Had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to be checked in. Didn’t give me any directions on what floor my room was on. The beds were so uncomfortable. Hallways were very small & smelled like cat pee. Also they said there was free parking on line. Which was a lie. It cost $70 for valet parking. Not even sure where they parked my car. Since they said the parking garage was closed.

This property was mediocre. Nice facility but systems were down. Had to wait hours to check in. Room was decent, had to do some cleaning up myself. Bathroom was slightly dirty. But atmosphere was nice.

I reserve a stadium view suite via Expedia and when I got my room, it was room 408 which had no view of the stadium at all! Was very disappointed that the room I reserved was not available. The gentleman that checked me in blamed it on Expedia stating none of their rooms are guaranteed. Will be looking to get this situation rectified.

My stay with my kids was excellent. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated Andrew. He was so kind and helpful towards me and my two young children! We will be visiting again soon !
