We got there and the door was unlocked but upon entering We found dirty towels, old coffee cups and spills, a used shower/bathroom etc. We tried texting and calling the provided number with no response. After 1.5 hours we found somewhere else to stay for the night. Which were lucky we found based on how many options were full. Very frustrating as there are not many options locally."

And when we arrived, it there was issue with the water not working in it and several other issues . I tryed to call them and got no answer and said they would try to get maintenance but we never heard anything back and we told them about all the issues, and I was told I should have contacted them but I tryed and they wouldn’t answer..
