「Amenities are great. Internet access was perfect to work from home. Smart TVs for the older teen, comfy beds for all, pool access was a definite bonus especially for the six year old. Nice walking path and gazebo. Marina is accessible and walkable. Owner of the condo is responsive and helpful. The condo was great. Oh! Call the Waterside Marina ahead of time to coordinate a slip rental or if you want to rent a boat. 」

「The house is very cozy. We enjoyed the screened in porch to be able to sit outside without bugs. We did use the fire pit two nights and made s’mores. I would agree with other reviews though. If you have mobility issues, there are a lot of steps down to the dock. The location of the dock is perfect. It’s a very quiet cove, and the kids swam every evening after boating all day. The Wi-Fi and cell service is spotty so this may not be a good place if you have to connect but for our family that was...

「Fabulous week in this beautiful setting with all the family! Spent many hours on the dock/in the water, fishing with the kayak, adventuring the cove with the paddle board and roasting marshmallows in the firepit. Dock also accommodated our rental boat nicely. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill met all expectations for great mealtime with all the family accommodated in one large space. This was our 4th year at this property and we have already reserved for next year! 」

「Loved staying here! The homeowner was great with communication and the suite was stocked perfectly for all of our needs. Loved taking advantage of the lake toys and the dock. The suite was so clean and comfortable. It was located not too far from Knoxville so we even made a day of exploring the city. We really enjoyed the stay and hope to come back again next year. 」

「The property is beautiful and the waterfall is a dream! I loved sitting on the porch just listening to the water. The cabin is well made with nice decor and finishings. Owners are nice and very attentive. I definitely want to stay again! The only thing I would add is it needs a little more lighting, especially in the kitchen. And a hot tub would make it perfect! But, I don’t have to have those last items to stay. Thank you for the opportunity to share this property and to make great memories....
