Tolkiena Charming Apartment is located in one of Warsaw's most prestigious districts – Mokotów. A major advantage of the apartment is its location, just a 10-minute drive from Chopin Airport. The area around the apartment is filled with shops (Biedronka, Lidl, Żabka, Pepco, Smyk), restaurants (Prosto z Rusztu, Semolino, Suwak 7 Restaurant & Bar, Chef Panda, and many others), and cafes (Culture Cafe, Calimero Cafe). Additionally, Westfield Mokotów shopping center is just 1.4 kilometers away. For those who enjoy active leisure, the nearby Hangar 646 recreation and sports center and the Warsaw Water Park, located 3.3 kilometers away, are worth visiting. The apartment is also close to one of the largest and most beautiful racecourses in the world – the Służewiec Horse Racing Track.

The location offers excellent connectivity within the city, thanks to numerous bus and tram stops (Osiedle Nowy Mokotów, Racjonalizacji, PKP Służewiec), making it easy and quick to reach all the attractions Warsaw has to offer!

Tolkiena Charming Apartment features a stylishly furnished living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom, and a spacious garden where guests can relax and enjoy their morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Guests have access to a wide range of practical amenities, including free WiFi, cable TV, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, an induction hob, an oven, a kettle, and kitchen utensils. Guests also have access to a parking space in an underground garage.

To ensure a pleasant start to your stay, we have prepared a set of basic hygiene products, such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. However, please note that these are available in limited quantities and are intended mainly for the first days of your stay. Schönes kleines Apartment

Saubere und stilvoll eingerichtete kleine Wohnung mitten im exklusivsten Stadtteil von Warschau gelegen. Der inklusive Garagenplatz war sehr praktisch. Einzig der Check-in Vorgang hatte den Charakter eines Escape-room Puzzles, da die Orientierung als Fremder hinsichtlich der Wohnanlage zu Beginn nicht so leicht ist.
