About this property

Relax at Grandma’s house with a screened in porch overlooking a private lake!

  • Perfect space to relax with friends!
    Enjoy the screened in porch with a cup of coffee and watch the geese and ducks.
    Take a nap in the hammock and don’t worry about mosquitos.
    Fish directly from the bank in the backyard (shallow water).
    Enjoy outdoor movie night.
    Fenced-in front yard (dogs or cats allowed with deposit and prior approval)
    ~1mile to private boat ramp into the Lake of the Ozarks.
    10 min drive into downtown Warsaw or Wal-Mart for necessities.
    Wi-Fi available
    Mostly accessible (standard toilet and small standing shower), slight slope to lake in back.

    1 queen bed, 1 full bed, a set of twin bunk beds, a couch that pulls out into full bed, and another couch.

    *** Note for Summer of 2026***
    Last fall we had the lake dreged and the backyard is still full of loose dirt/mud so while you can get to the lake and fish directly out of the backyard it's not a pretty field of grass for firepit, etc.
