The Neighborhood:
A modern studio located on Ksawerów Street in a cozy neighbourhood. The district is part of Mokotów Warsaw, which is characterized by its proximity to the city center. At the same time it offers an intimate, peaceful atmosphere. Ksawerów Street is an attractive location, as evidenced by excellent communication with the whole city. In the immediate neighborhood there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. Moreover, the area is known for numerous recreational green areas, such as Park Arkadia (1.3 km), which provides an excellent opportunity for a morning jog or an evening stroll in nature. The location has great access to other districts of Warsaw thanks to a well-developed network of public transport. There is a bus stop Ksawerów 210 m from the studio and Warsaw Służewiec train station (2.6 km). Both the city center and the Old Town can be reached very quickly thanks to multiple public transport options. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the Chopin Airport. Those who prefer even more ecological solutions can use one of the many city bike rentals in the area - the district is very bike-friendly.
