CBD Townhouse is a Tag Walters architecturally designed open plan home from the 1960s. Located in the CBD and a short stroll to the beach, it features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
CBD Townhouse has a historic overlay with the City of Warrnambool. Once a permanent home, it has been fully restored and is now a comfortable and centrally located townhouse open for guests.
CBD Townhouse is located on one level with a bright and airy open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area.
The spacious, modern kitchen makes entertaining a breeze. It comes fully equipped with cooking utensils and equipment, an oven, dishwasher and microwave.
You are most welcome to use all the pantry staples in the kitchen including milk, butter, jam, vegemite, cooking oils, tea and coffee.
The dining table seats 6 and there are also bar stools at the kitchen bench.
The large north facing lounge gets beautiful sun year round and has plenty of comfy seating with two couches and a chair. It also has a flat screen TV/DVD, heater, reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan.
There are also board games, novels, magazines, maps and tourist leaflets.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, with a flat screen TV/DVD. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has a double bed.
All bedrooms have ample storage with heaters, fans and electric blankets.
When booking please specify how many beds you will be using. The other bedrooms will be locked during your stay.
The townhouse has two bathrooms with two toilets. The larger bathroom has a washing machine (laundry powder is provided), toilet, spa bath and shower overhead. The second bathroom has a toilet, bath and shower overhead.
The back patio has an outdoor setting with a table and chairs, and there is a carport available for guests to use that will fit one car.
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse. Please note bedrooms that are not being used will be locked.
The townhouse is located close to the beach and many of Warrnambool's local attractions.

The house is in a good location from the train station and attractions in town. Would love to come back with a larger group one day as the house is perfectly set up. Thanks for a lovely stay.
Great location and lovely dining and lounge area. 3 x queen / double beds configuration makes accommodation with kids a little bit tricky but we made it work. It's a great spot.
We were in Warrnambool for a Rotary Conference and the house was very suitable being close to the Lighthouse theatre and the many restaurants in Leibig Street. The house was perfect with two bathrooms and good facilities. It was very clean and the contact with the owner very easy.

The location was nice and close to the town centre, good location but lots of street noise at night time.
The house had comfortable beds and lounge, but needed wi fi to be classed as luxury accommodation.
Warrnambool and Port Fairy were great places to visit.

There was 3 of us for this short stay to visit family. We all loved the location and how close it was to everything. Having 3 big beds (one each) was excellent. There was everything we needed in the house. Loved having 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. BUT, only down-side was that both bathrooms had showers over bath so you had to climb in. It's not so great for those who struggle climbing in and out and can be dangerous. I would suggest removing the bath in one and putting in a walk in shower.
