Located in Warrenzin, this modern 48 m² apartment welcomes you with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, accommodating 2 guests. You enjoy amenities such as private Wi-Fi, TV, and your own workspace. Underfloor heating in all rooms, large triple-glazed windows for absolute quiet, and bright colors create comfort.



Historic building materials like beams and clinker bricks give the apartment character, while the modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. The ground-level design with wide doors is especially suitable for seniors.



In the 450 m² garden under old trees, you can relax, read, or enjoy nature.



Parking is available at the house and on the street, but the guest parking area is not yet paved. The hosts live on the property (not in the booked accommodation) and their household includes two cats, a dog, five chickens, and a rooster.



Events are not permitted. Please note that the exterior facade will not be completed until October 2025.



The accommodation is quietly located amidst landscape and nature reserves with a view of the forest, and the Trebel River is 2 km away. You can reach Rostock, Stralsund, Waren, as well as the islands of Rügen and Usedom in about an hour. On site, you can enjoy cycling and hiking tours, visit the natural swimming area Biberburg in Demmin, or go fishing on the Trebel with a rowing boat. A cleaning service is available during your stay for an additional fee.



A well-behaved dog up to 25 kg is welcome for an extra fee. Please inquire about this option before booking.
