Inside this home you will find an open floor plan on the main level with living, kitchen, and dining areas and plenty of windows that allow natural light inside and reveal amazing views. There is a reading nook or conversation corner just beside the front door and the living area features comfy furniture and a flatscreen Smart TV so you can binge watch your favorite show or you can just curl with a glass of wine while enjoying the views.

The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher for quick clean up. There is even a live edge island with prep sink. You’ll love preparing family meals or quick snacks here.

Dine at the oversized dining table complete with banquette seating and chairs so there is plenty of space for everyone.

On the other side of the main level is the primary bedroom complete with a comfy king bed and flatscreen Smart TV. The large full bath offers a shower/tub combo.

Also, there is a half bath in the hall and a laundry room complete with stackable washer/dryer.

Climb the stairs to the upper open loft area where you’ll find two queen beds and a full bath for your convenience. There is also a private sunroom style reading area with mini fridge and flat screen Smart TV on this level.

As you take the steps downstairs, you will find stain glass artwork featuring the four seasons. There’s a table set for a game of checkers waiting for you. Turn the corner and you will see a den area with a stone gas fireplace, another flat screen Smart TV and wet bar area.

Just down the hallway there are three more bedrooms and a full bath. A king bed with flatscreen Smart TV is perfect for another couple. Another bedroom features a queen bed. And for the kids, there is a bedroom with two twins. A shared bath hall complete with shower/tub combo is located between the bedrooms.

Venture further down the hallway and you will find a large game room complete with pool table and large flatscreen TV.

Enjoy the beautiful night skies from the spacious bubbling hot tub on the patio that can be accessed from the lower level. There is also a firepit for making s’mores and memories.

Another deck accessed from the main level provides seating where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee along with the views and the sounds of nature.

For those that are more adventurous, head out to the mountainside and explore the 50 acres. There's even a disc golf course that is being developed and added to.

Grande Vue is conveniently located just 7 miles from West Jefferson and Jefferson. Grayson Highlands State Park, Blue Ridge Parkway, and the towns of Boone & Wilkesboro are easily accessible in less than an hour. For some winter fun, head to one of our three most popular ski resorts.
