- Small house, suitable to sleep 5. Has 2 cozy bedrooms, living room, bathroom(shower. & tub) with laundry area. Kitchen with dinning area. Front porch with rocking chairs. Nice yard. Fire pit. Very quiet. Pets are allowed. Maximum number of pets is 2. There will be an extra charge of 25Per weekend for 1 pet and 10. Per night for second pet. If you areABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. Please bag all garbage and place in outside trash can upon departure. Thank you. If you are bringing a pet or pets, it needs to be specified so the fee can be added at the time of booking
