This quiet community is ideal for getting out on the water, whether by the small beach right in front of the house or the larger association beach just down the road. Included are two kayaks and a stand-up paddleboard for your enjoyment, along with everything else you need for beach days, such as chairs, an umbrella, and even an outdoor shower to wash off the sand when you return. Plus, in this convenient Wareham location, you won’t have to deal with Cape Cod traffic or bridge crossings.
Thanks to thoughtful renovations from top to bottom, the house is open, spacious, and full of natural light. A warm and inviting seaside charm can be felt throughout, whether you're playing board games or reading beneath lofty ceilings in the living room.
Spend summer days barbecuing on the gas grill, fixing your favorite side dishes in the bright, well-equipped kitchen, and catching spectacular sunsets on the large deck out back. Leave the day's swimsuits and towels in the washer/dryer, gather for an evening movie, and retire to three bedrooms—two downstairs and one in the loft upstairs. Complimentary WiFi and central AC are provided for your comfort as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
