You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes. 「My fiance, my brother, myself and 3 small/med dogs stayed here while in town for a wedding, and it was excellent! The house is beautiful and comfortable! They really were considerate in thinking of anything you might need! Additional pillows, coffee, seasonings in the cabinet and butter in the fridge!
