9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,016 reviews)
This hotel was lovely. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Our only complaint would be the complementary minibar. While it is a nice idea, offering one single serve bag of chips for two people seems a bit undersized. The mirror frame in the bathroom had significant water damage. Other than that - GREAT stay!
We would stay here again ;)

The hotel is busy and you can access by free shuttle bus to hotel but you have to pay 5 euro per pax from hotel to airport. The shuttles were useful.
We went into Frankfurt city via bus to airport and train down. the bus stop is just outside the hotel. The rooms are quite tiny but decent

Great location near the metro and bus stations and out of the business of downtown. Only twenty minutes to Altstadt. The room was large and modern. Maid was nice. Beds were very comfortable and shower was good. There is a grocery store a block away. Negative: Front desk staff never smiled and were often put out when we asked for something. One girl even rolled her eyes when we asked for ice, (despite the staff telling us we just needed to request it and it wouldn’t be a problem). They never acknowledged us unless we were standing directly in front of them and staring at them. They put a lot it pressure on us to include breakfast in our stay even though we said no several time. But I would still stay here again because of the cleanliness, convenience and beds.

8.4/10 Very Good! (163 reviews)
"Room was very spacious and clean. There is little to no phone coverage/internet that works very well but this seems to be a whole of Germany thing. The gardens are lovely and the room had all amenities needed."

9.2/10 Wonderful! (438 reviews)
"The room was well appointed. I wish the air conditioning went a little cooler, but that was a common issue in Germany (not specific to this hotel). The room was very clean. The hotel offers an expensive laundry service, where they charge per article of clothing. We were traveling for a couple of ..."
