The hotel is great; the staff is great. The A/C is mounted in the window, and it is incredibly noisy. It is very difficult to sleep.
The shuttle service is hectic. It's overcrowded with people sitting on the floor of the van.

The front desk staff was wonderful checking in and checking out. Joey the Front desk Mgr was especially helpful. Would stay here again and again. Loved that they also locked the parking lots for guest safety at night.
