"This was my first vrbo experience so I wasn't sure exactly how things went but when I hadn't received a door code 2 hours before check-in time, I messaged the host. She was always quick to respond and although she had a last minute emergency with the house cleaner and the house wasn't ready on time, she made sure to get in there and get it cleaned that evening and we had a comfy place to sleep. She was also quick to offer a partial refund for the inconvenience which was very considerate. "
