The room was basic but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast buffet had a good variety and was good. There is on-site parking avaliable, but they don't offer in/out privileges, so if you need your car, it's cheaper to park at a garage a short walk away.

Our stay at the Hyperion Hotel Salzburg was exceptional from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect—just a 2-minute walk from Mirabell Gardens, making it ideal for exploring Salzburg on foot while still enjoying a quiet, refined atmosphere. The hotel itself is elegant and welcoming. What really sets it apart, though, is the customer attention. Every interaction felt thoughtful, warm, and genuinely attentive, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and personal care. It’s that extra touch that makes you feel valued and elevates the entire experience.
