Location and friendly and courteous staff were highlights. Will definitely consider staying there again if we visit Brussels and will also recommend to our friends. Minor feedback was that I found housekeeping response to be a bit slow- but nothing major- ran out of coffee and creamer - called for it but did not get any. Also asked for ironing board it came after we left the room.

Gym needs a little revamp, also lobby scent very over powering. Other than that, great hotel, great staff and great location.

The hotel is in great location. It’s just a few steps from restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our time in Brussels.

Breakfast was decent, order if you can. The omelette was wonderful!

Clean, comfortable budget hotel tucked away close by to the city centre shops and restaurants. Breakfast was a small buffet with a decent enough selection. There is a small shop in the reception area with drinks and snacks. Room was fine, basic but perfect for three nights. Bathroom is very very small! About a 25 min walk (or it’s a few stops on the metro) to/from Brussels midi station for the Eurostar (not the most scenic of walks but I would not recommend walking out or around the station at night) Would stay again.
