Free Vermont Mountain View’s!!! Sugarbush and Mad River Glen Ski areas. 10 minutes to swimming, golf, tennis, horseback riding, soaring, antiquing, mountain biking, cycling. Fantastic fall foliage view. Private. Deck with outdoor cooker. Fully carpeted. Cable; internet. Sinks in every bedroom. Close to grocery stores, churches, movies. Farmers Market - summer/fall Saturdays. Cross country skiing at Blueberry Lake. Internet, DVD, VCR. Aerobics, indoor and outdoor swimming, squash, gym, rock climbing at Sugarbush Sports Center. Mad River Massage. Live theatre. Birdwatching. Mad River Recreation Path along river. Robert Trent Jones golf course at Sugarbush.
House Location and Extras: On our own acre of property; tree studded lot; cannot see any neighbors from windows of house. Private. Outdoor grills. Built in bed in Living Room - lie around on apres ski, take a nap, etc.

Views: We overlook Sugarbush Ski Area, Sugarbush South Ski Area, and Mad River Glen. You can see all three resorts from our front windows. Fall season is spectacular. Summer is very green and plush.

Bedrooms: : 3 bedrooms downstairs sleep 3, 3, 4. They are bunkbeds (wider than normal). Fully carpeted. Sinks in each bedroom. Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a sink. The house sleeps 12 easily. There is a sleeping loft over the upstairs bathroom where two (preferably children) could sleep. BYO sheets and towels. Blankets and pillows are supplied. There are some extra towels there; if you use them, please launder them and put them back where you found them. Thanks!!

Great location and an easy stay!

We stayed here with friends in the summer! Plenty of space for kids, and they loved the loft space! Would be a great ski location with lots of beds!

Great family house

Perfect location and very comfortable living space. Rooms are nice sized with a sink in every room. Perhaps not ideal for very young children but overall a perfect large family spot.

Relaxing on the mountain

Very nice property in a quiet setting. It is very spacious and has 2 decks that are a great place to sit and relax. Very short drive to the center of town with many places to eat and drink, as well as a grocery store for all the amenities you need, or forgot.

Guys Ski Trip

We had a great time staying here for a guys Ski Trip to sugarbush. Great big room to hang out and relax with the group after a day of skiing. kitchen worked well for us to cook breakfast and dinner. Good location as it's a very short drive to Sugarbush Resort. Would stay there again with a group of we ski Sugarbush.

Great spot for Mad River Valley fun!

We had a fun few days in this great spot! Awesome location near everything in Waitsfield. Minutes from the mountains, swimming holes, shops and restaurants (and Lawson’s finest liquids). Very private and peaceful location up a hill with two nice decks that feel like a tree house. We’ll definitely come back!

Great place

Renting was very easy. Questions were answered very quickly when asked before booking. Kitchen is stocked very well. Do wish there were screens on the windows so they could of been open more to enjoy the weather without the concern of bugs coming in. Great location! Really enjoyed staying.

Vermont Family Wedding

This property has sleeping room for the entire family and a great room with lots of areas for relaxing as well as large dining area. Kitchen is well equipped with access to a spacious deck with a grill and furniture. Just watch out for the bear in the kitchen! (Totally tame of course!)
