We hated cooking in the kitchenette area. Going next door to Millennium was a nice perk but given how many options there were in Taupo, I would skip this one. "

"In town for a festival, this was a great central location to base ourselves. We were upgraded to a larger apartment which was huge! Shops, supermarket and food outlets right outside. Walking distance to the waterfront. Exceptional value for money. "

"Really funky and quirky hotel in a fantastic location - just be aware that the studio units are very compact with no air conditioning, but a ceiling fan and a window you can open. Breakfast selection is good, albeit a bit of a unusual layout with the continental and breads in another room. but all in all, a nice stay"
