9/10 Wonderful! (190 reviews)
The property is located quite convenience for access public transport to and from the airport and CBD. The unit in my opinion requires some renovation, ie. a repaint, extra power points and renew the existing lighting (very poor)
The shower tray and/or curtain needs attention to avoid water during a shower drips onto the floor and make it very slippery.

It did what we expected for the price. It was a bit quirky. Parking was tight. Furniture was tired. The bed was clean and comfortable.
