Situated on the rugged north coast of Cornwall, Rock stands on the beautiful Camel estuary opposite the old fishing port of Padstow. About 5 miles from Wadebridge, and only a couple of miles from Daymer Bay and the surfing beach at Polzeath, the white sand beaches are renowned. With miles of white sandy beaches on both sides of the estuary it is a wonderful place to spend time throughout the year. Rock is an ideal location to sail, windsurf, water-ski and canoe on the relatively sheltered waters of the estuary, as well as to enjoy beautiful walks and play golf on the two spectacular links courses of the St.Enodoc Golf Club, which is listed amongst the top 100 courses in Britain. Seamist is a secluded bungalow located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of Rock. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of the beach, shops and St. Enodoc Golf Club – so, with plenty of private parking, you can forget about the car for the duration of your stay. Seamist has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard throughout. Oil fired central heating and an open wood-burning fire gives Seamist a really comfortable feel and makes it wonderfully relaxing for holidays at any time of the year. Seamist sleeps 6 very comfortably in three bedrooms. There are king size and twin bedrooms and a further bedroom with full sized (3ft) bunk beds. All beds are made up with crisp 100% Egyptian cotton sheets and have cotton towels provided for each guest. Seamist has two modern bathrooms, both with power-showers. There is a fully-equipped family kitchen, which has a large fridge/freezer, microwave oven, full sized dishwasher and washing machine with separate tumble dryer. Seamist has a very comfortably furnished open-plan living room featuring WiFi broadband, digital HD television, DVD, radio and hi-fi.There is a 3 seater sofa, armchair and 2 chairs. and dining area with an oak dining table and six chairs. A large selection of books, magazines and board games are provided. The living/dining room opens, through sliding doors, onto a stone patio with teak garden furniture and Weber gas barbecue where you can enjoy dinner al-fresco during the long summer evenings. There is a lockable utility shed which has a tumble dryer and additional freezer and is ideal for storing surf boards, golf clubs and bicycles. There is also a wet area for hanging wetsuits to dry and a rotary dryer for drying washing. All gas for the barbeque and fire wood is provided free of charge.

Having booked your holiday the Agent Cornish Traditional Cottages will process and confirm your booking, the travel directions and arrival information will be sent to you. The travel directions will provide you with the details of the owner / housekeeper and instruction on who to contact a few days before your holiday to make the key arrangements. You will also be given the details of your point of contact should you have any questions or issues whilst on holiday.
