We had a deluxe queen room with a balcony. It was tiny! Shaped like an L, and you could not see the TV completely from the chair next to the bed. It had a small set of stairs that went up to a balcony. No railing on the stairs, and it came down basically to the bed, where my wife hit her foot twice during the night on it.
Also – read the fine print. You have no control over the airflow in most of the rooms at hotel 115.
