The Central Cottage is a renovated 1940's home located in a quite neighborhood, close to all the popular attractions!

Inside you'll find comfy beds, a full kitchen, and a cozy living room to watch all your favorite shows. Sling and Netflix are provided. Enjoy a perfect day in the large fenced in yard equipped with a charcoal grill, fire pit, and cornhole.

We love pets! There is a $50 pet fee. No breed/weight restrictions.

Nice, convenient property that met our needs for our stay in Waco. Easy comfortable drive to everything downtown and Baylor football. Nice for our family to spread out in a 3 bedroom and be comfortable.

We were in town with framily for our anniversary. The Central Cottage was just that, centrally located for all our plans. The cottage was large enough for our group of 6 adults and was clean. Loved the backyard area, but only got to use it one night for a small fire. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in this cottage for 2 nights as we were on a family road trip. Plenty of space and had everything we needed during our stay. The neighborhood is peaceful quiet, just minutes away from downtown with lots of shopping and many food choices! I would book this cottage if we visit Waco again.

My family and my sister's family rented this cute cottage for the weekend in order to visit my daughter, who is a student at Baylor. We loved how close it is to campus and to downtown. And we loved being able to stay all together instead of at a hotel. We will definitely rent this place again!

We loved the house and Ashely was informative and quick to respond. It met our needs just fine but the surrounding neighborhood gave the ladies a little pause about being there. We didn't encounter any issues, it just felt a little rough at night.

Our stay was EXCELLENT! Ashley was a phenomenal host who made sure we were well taken care of. Check in and check out information was clear, the house was clean (which always makes it easy to take care of.) It was a great location to all the sights. We loved The Central Cottage! It was so close to Magnolia and the beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever stayed in while traveling. Sparkling clean and such a simple check-in! Our group of four had a great time on our first visit to Magnolia. Would definitely stay with Ashley again!
