Around the corner from Magnolia’s Hillcrest Estate, Lu’s Place is a charming brick colonial in a tree-lined, quiet neighborhood that you’ll have all to yourself. Dine in with a fully-equipped kitchen or enjoy refreshments on the gorgeous patio. 3 TVs for streaming your favorites and all the amenities.

Great for kids and pets, Lu's Place features a large fenced backyard, pack n play (just ask), playhouse and lots of balls!

The space
Lu’s Place sleeps 6 adults comfortably in the three bedrooms. A pack n play, couch and queen air mattress allow for up to 8 adults and two child (though really more comfortable for 6 people and under).

Perfect property to stay for Baylor graduation

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Landon Branch during graduation weekend. It had everything we needed for our family and dogs and was an easy ride to town and campus.

Great place to stay

Feels like house sitting for someone rather than a rental. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Comfortable furniture, nice back porch and a quiet neighborhood.

Waco visit

It was a little farther from the silos than we expected but the house and the street it’s located on is very nice and the price compared to others was also very good. Waco seems to be a small town so nothing was too far away.

Wanted a quick getaway from Dallas. The wife, dog, and me. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The house was absolutely spotless. Big backyard for the old dog. Great home base to explore Waco.

Lovely and relaxing stay in Waco

Girls Getaway weekend and enjoyed our stay at Lu’s Place. Quiet and safe location. The home was spotless (high on my list) and more than well- equipped. Decorated nicely and furniture and appliances are well maintained. Spacious and 3 separate bedrooms were well appointed. Easy check-in. We really enjoyed our stay and host was so responsive and helpful. You won’t regret staying at Lu’s!

The hosts’ attention to detail is one of the best parts about this fantastic property! Every light switch and drawer and cabinet is labeled, so we never had to fumble around, trying to figure things out! It’s a great place!!

Beautiful home in quiet charming neighborhood

Beautiful, sparkling clean home. The neighborhood was so nice and our puppy loved the spacious backyard. Very comfortable place to land after a busy and emotional day moving our youngest into the Baylor dorms.

Wonderful experience

The home is super cute with a big backyard & pet friendly! There are nice touches throughout the house and everything you need to stay! The homeowners are so accommodating and the directions to stay and clean up were so easy and I minimal. A lovely home in Waco!

We always stay at VRBO houses. This one is charming and comfortable. Very clean. Lots of amenities. Big backyard. Quiet neighborhood. From here, you can drive pretty much anywhere in Waco in 15 minutes or less. Next time we're in Waco, we'll definitely stay here again.

Just what we hoped

We needed a place to stay with our 2 adult children for a few nights on family business. The floor plan was really nice. Everything had their own area of privacy but also a nice open common area to visit. The host was great and everything was as easy as could be. Definitely would recommend this home.
