It took 20 minutes to check in. No one was at the front desk. When my son and I finally got the room, the card didn’t work. Once we finally got to our room, we learned it was a smoking room. There was no mention of this. The whole hotel smelled like weed and cigarettes. The room was very dirty, the remote was chewed up by maybe a baby or dog? The sheets felt rough and unclean. The bathroom was very dirty. We left 10 minutes after we checked in and just went home.

Just what we expected

We stay at this hotel every few months when we go visit family in the area, staff very nice and extremely helpful. The room is exactly what you need for sleeping, nothing fancy, but in this part of Texas you don't want to stay inside all day, it's too nice outside!
