The house was definitely big. The neighborhood was quiet. All the places we went to were 10 minutes away. The house was clean.

This house was super cute and convenient to everything Waco has to offer. We particularly liked that there were three separate bedrooms and all the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed for meal prep. The appliances were especially nice.

Amazing stay!! Real Hacienda feel. There is a rental in the back of the home or I call grounds keeper. Just fyi so it doesn’t surprise the next guest. Other than that WE LOVED IT

People accessed a storage area on the property during our stay without prior notice. There were multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including dirt, debris, dead bugs, 3 non-working lamps, and a non-working microwave. The host provided a partial refund, which was appreciated, but the overall experience was disappointing.

Beautiful home and super clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend it to friends and family that plan to visit Waco. 10-15 mins away from everything we wanted to visit. Short drive to attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Meet a friendly cat and visited us checkout morning. We appreciated the host and their quick responses.

The house is darling! My main issue: I texted the host, upon arrival, that there were several areas of the house that were dirty, (photos were attached) and there were 2 full stacks of clean, yet VERY DAMP/wet bath towels folded & sitting under the bathroom sink. Unfortunately, never heard back from the host. Also, I feel it’s important to let the potential guests know ahead of time, that there is a tenant living on property site. He inadvertently startled & woke us up @7:15AM…as we heard strange noises coming from where our cars were parked. (Just outside our bedroom windows) He apologized and told us it happens all the time and wished the owners would inform the guests that he lives there, etc. Other than those issues, the decor was cute, AC was great, bedding soft and water pressure was great.

There is a persons(man) living behind. You hear him walk around the premises which was pretty unsettling. Neighbors were very loud and they had a rooster that kept waking us up. The house itself was pretty dusty. We cleaned several cobwebs in our rooms and dusted a few furnitures. The neighborhood did not seemed safe and with the man living right behind in their yard we decided not to spend the second night that we had paid for. We spent one night and left the next day and went to a hotel. The house seemed nice when you walk inside for the first time, however, once we were there it was another story. I do not recommend this place.

Unfortunately, it was obvious upon arrival that this home hadn't been cleaned in awhile or wasn't cleaned well. There were pringles all over the living room floor, a closet door was off of its hinges in the back bedroom, dirty towels were left in the washing machine, and it was very dusty. Also the couches are just so old. One is extremely squeaky and the other one really needs a good clean. We didn't end up staying for our 3 nights we just weren't feeling comfortable with the cleanliness of the home. We did inform the host of the closet door being off of it's hinges and such so hopefully after my stay they were able to get the home adequately cleaned for the next guests.

The check-in and check-out process was easy!. The decor of the house fits the exterior of the home. It was a perfect size for 5 people. Having coffee, tea, and shower gel in the home was nice. The neighborhood was nice. We felt safe! The driveway is sandy (not paved), which led to white sandy dust tracked into the home. We removed our shoes to avoid tracking in sand throughout the house. After settling in the house, a food delivery was attempted, but we turned it away because we didn't order anything. Minutes later, a man knocked at the door asking about the food and said he lives at the house. He lives in the building in the picture, immediately behind the house. He told us he takes care of the home. I contacted the owners to confirm this, and they confirmed. He did not bother after that! There were blankets piled on the floor in the living room. I washed some of them before using. The first bedroom's bathroom had hair strands on the shower and sink, and small, dead bugs were on the sink, near the wall. The back bedroom's closet door was broken and leaning against the closet. This is an older home, but with some charm! Upon arrival, we had to take out the kitchen garbage. The kitchen is nice; I like the island! The lights above the fireplace did not turn on, so we tried to figure it out. The neighbor's music was loud that you could hear it inside the house. Overall, it was a good experience, minus some things that need attention. We would consider this house again.
