Peaceful, well appointed apartment in rural Bavaria

3 over 60s exploring Bavaria. Comfortable, clean and peaceful apartment. Ideally placed for touring around the area (need a car). We went to Mittenwald, Tegarnsee, Munich, Dachau, Schloss Neuschwanstein, Schloss Hohenschwangau and Bad Tolz. Good walking in the area.

Manel l’ose Wohnung in Eminem échoencéphalogramme bayerischen Haus. Absolut rugit und dich in der Nähe einer schönes Kleinstadt, Bad Töle. Durch Die Nähe zu München honte es viel eu entdecken. Dir müssen unbedingt für m’infestent achat Tage in dièse grossartige Région kommen.

Traumhafter Herbsturlaub!

Wir haben die Tage im Oktober in der sehr schönen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war der Ideale Ausgangspunkt für aktive Unternehmungen mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß in der sehr schönen landwirtschaftlichen Umgebung. Wir fanden es für uns schöner nicht direkt in Bad Tölz zu sein und haben die Ruhe hier oben sehr genossen!

Ruhige Lage mit tollem Blick

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Die ruhige Lage und den Ausblick haben wir genossen. Zu kämpfen hatten wir nur mit Mücken. Und es war sehr hellhörig. Wenn die Nachbarn früh auf den Beinen waren, war ich auch wach. Das sind aber nur Hinweise. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Entspannt genießen

Sehr schöner Bauernhof mit einem wunderbaren Garten. Die Familie ist sehr nett, man fühlt sich rundum wohl. In nur 5 Minuten ist man mitten in Bad Tölz. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. So viele Seen drum herum einfach herrlich.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in Wackersberg

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr ruhige Gegend, absolut genial zum entspannen. Einmal über den Berg und schon ist man am Blomberg. Wir hatten sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Brötchenservice kann gebucht werden. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles nötige und ist somit top ausgestattet, uns als vierköpfige Familie hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Bayerische Landidylle im „Rosentraum“ und „Karwendelblick“

Meine Mutter und ich haben traumhaft erholsame zwei Wochen auf dem so schönen wie gepflegten Reiterhof der Familie Ostheimer verbracht. Mit viel Wärme und unaufdringlichem Gespür wurden wir von Frau Ostheimer aufs Herzlichste umsorgt. Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr geschmackvoll bis ins Detail eingerichtet (besonders toll fanden wir den Mix von nostalgischen und neuen Möbeln!) und so gut ausgestattet, wie wir es noch nie erlebt hatten; selbst eine moderne Kaffeemaschine fehlte nicht. Und der Blick auf das Kawendel- Gebirge vom eigenen Balkon ist atemberaubend! Wir haben uns bei Famile Ostheimer wie zu Besuch bei guten Freunden gefühlt; man ermunterte uns, Sitzplätze im Garten zu nutzen und wurden zur Begrüßung sogar mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen beglückt. Uns hat unser Aufenthalt so gut gefallen, das mein Bruder und seine Frau spontan ein paar Tage frei nahmen und ebenfalls dort eine Wohnung bezogen. Wir genossen unseren Urlaub dort in vollen Zügen und fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Die Lage war für uns Vier perfekt, sehr nahe an Bad Tölz mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, auf der anderen Seite tiefste bayerische Idylle mit beeindruckenden Wandergebieten. Auch für Nicht-Wanderer gibt es sehr viel zu entdecken, so z. B. Klöster, diverse bayerische Seen, Garmisch- Partenkirchen, usw. - und das alles ganz nahe zu München. Wir werden definitiv wieder Familie Ostheimer heimsuchen und freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen! Besten Dank Ihnen für die nette Betreuung und alles Gute für Sie!

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir sind eine Familie mit 3 kleinen Mädchen (6, 4, 2) und haben uns in einer Ferienwoche Ende Oktober sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung war wunderbar vorbereitet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, liebevolles Geschirr, es fehlte an nichts. Die Kinder erfreuten sich an den Katzen und Pferden, und der Hof war idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit der Blombergbahn (in Laufweite), nach Lenggries und an den Walchensee. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank!

Rosen-Traum-Wohnung

Obwohl wir beruflich unterwegs waren, haben wir (5 Frauen) die Zeit in dieser Traumwohnung trotz schlechten Wetters regelrecht genossen. Alles entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und kann nur wärmstens weiterempfohlen werden.

Wunderschöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung Rosentraum ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sogar frische Blumen aus dem eigenen Garten waren da. Richtig gemütlich! Im Garten gibt es verschiedene idyllische Plätze, die zum Verweilen einladen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell in Bad Tölz. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Die FeWo Rosentraum im Bauernhof "Heißbauer" ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, groß genug für eine 3-5 -köpfige Familie. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Auch wer ein Wandermuffel ist, kann von hier aus in alle Richtungen interessante Ausflüge unternehmen (z.B. München, Tegernsee. Starnberg, Schloss Neuschwanstein, Kloster Ettal, Füssen oder der Achensee und die Glasstadt Rattenberg in Österreich sind nicht weit. Dieses Urlaubsdomozil ist unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Wohlfühlen in herrlicher Atmosphäre!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage! Man betritt die Wohnung und fühlt sich gleich wie Zu Hause. Tolle, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was das Herz begehrt! Herrliche, ruhigen Umgebung! Bis zur wunderschönen Altstadt nach Bad Tölz ist es nur ein Katzensprung! Sehr zu empfehlen, kommen sehr gerne wieder! :-)

Mit Liebe eingerichtet

Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattets,sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll gestaltet, . Für Kinder bietet der Hof viel Platz zum spielen, Schaukel, Sandkasten vorhanden. Um die Natur zu genießen ist rund um das Haus immer ein lauschiges Plätzchen zu finden. Wir waren rundum Zufrieden und werden mit Sicherheit erneut buchen.
