Room was clean, no very spacious but clean. Luckily we had a balcony so we slept with the door cracked because the A/C didnt work.
Staff was friendly but you can hotel needs work and upgrades. It was budget friendly and good location but not good if you plan to stay in the hotel majority of the day.

Everything, in general, was wonderful—the breakfast was exquisite. My regards go out to the entire staff, including all the Dominicans and other Latinos I met; the service at the bar was exquisite, and everyone was truly great. As for cleanliness, I give them 200% out of 100%. This was my first time in New York, and let me tell you: on my next visit, I will definitely return to this hotel—it is perfectly centrally located.
