Wunderschönes Haus, Bäder renovierungsbedürftig

Das Zimmer war wunderschön renoviert, das Bad wurde jedoch vergessen. Schade, denn zu diesem Preis kann man ein geräumiges Bad erwarten und keine alte Wanne mit extrem hohen Einstieg. Die Waschmuschel war bereits beschädigt.

The view is blocked

Very slow and inefficient check in. Seems understaffed. Also the view that you pay a high price for is obstructed by trees and shrubs. The breakfast buffet is good though. Would not come back.

Very nice hotel.

Very nice hotel in High Tatras. The hotel is in old Czechoslovak style. Old school interiour but this is all very charming. Reminds you of another time. Dinner and breakfast is pretty decent. Spa area is large and nice. Nice rooms.

Určite sa oplatí

S hotelom som bola veľmi spokojná, ústretový personál, kráľovské raňajky, wellnes bolo komorné co ja uprednostňujem. Vrelo odporúčam sa ubytovať v tomto zariadení.

Der Classic Bereich ist zwar renoviert, aber schwere Vorhänge und Teppichböden deuten auf das Alter des Bauteils hin. Die Räume sind sauber aber eben alt und die Fenster sind nicht dicht. Die Bad-Einrichtung ist ebenfalls nicht up to date, wenn auch sauber.

Great location, and perfectly situated on its lot, with excellent views from the patio of the entire valley and up to the mountains. Breakfast is excellent. Dinner buffet is adequate; one can enjoy a really nice dinner ordering from the menu. It's a large operation, but not overly crowded (except, perhaps, in the tiny outdoor pool).

So unhappy with our stay. Old building so I understand the small room size but we booked a triple room and there was no space for 3rd bed. View of car park not mountains. No ventilation. Food was awful lukewarm risotto and charged €10 for a single glass of grapefruit juice. Pool area would have been nice if not packed with children who thought the infinity spa pool was a playground. Not relaxing.

Pues para el precio que hemos pagado era muy pequeña, según contraté con ustedes en la habitación entraba una cama doble y otra individual, pues sólo entraba la doble y bien apretadita. La catalogación que ustedes hacen de este hotel ya están obsoletas, por lo que deberían actualizarse, yo llevaba la luxuri doble y eso ya no existe. Por cierto de luxuri solo el precio. La puerta del baño era de adorno y salía del baño un olor a tuberías que apestaba toda la habitación. Por último a las 6 de la mañana ya estaba pegando el sol y hacía mucho calor. Pues no contentos con todo eso regreso al hotel a las seis de la tarde y no habían limpiado la habitación. Tuve que ir a recepción a quejarme y mandaron a una persona a limpiar. Unos amigos míos por el mismo precio contratado en Booking obtuvieron una suite. Les dejé escrito una queja en el hotel , no sé si servirá de algo, igual que no sé si servirá escribirla aquí. El spa está bien aunque pequeño.

Great hotel

We made our reservation the last minute, thus taking a suite. It was a great experience, even though a bit expensive. Breakfast had a huge selection (even though I did not like the coffee). We used the swimming pool only once during our stay. Sorry we did get to do it more. One day was very hot, and we missed having AC. Coffee machine in our room was too challenging for me. Did not succeed making even one cup.
