"The property is very cute and the breakfast is great each morning! However, there are many parts of the hotel that were under construction, either being built or fixed. The hottub was empty sitting by my room, so unable to use that. There were also no staff in the afternoons or evenings when I was there, so I could not enjoy the bar aspect of the outdoor dining area. Owner was responsive and said he was having trouble with afternoon staff. Location is convenient to central Vulcano and various...

"It's a really lovely place, with amazing pool and lovely views. Staffs are very friendly, who provided free shuttle service frequently. The lack of wifi in rooms is the only drawback."

"The location is gorgeous and it made our stay worthwhile. Said that the two bedroom unit was poorly kept (thick scale on all taps, broken shower cabin...), no breakfast, WiFi available only in the reception building. NO room service. Only wire transfer, check or cash was accepted for payment. The pictures on Expedia did not match what I saw. Positives: free shuttle rides back and forth the "hotel" and the village center."

"We enjoyed 4 nights in the suite and had an amazing time. It looks just like the photos, with a huge terrace and lovely big bathroom. Breakfast was nice and we ate a delicious dinner one night."
