「Wir hatten ein tollen Urlaub in der sehr schönen Ferienwhg. Lea in Rovinj Borik. Die Wohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir hatten noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Schöne Möbel, toll ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequeme Betten, Regendusche, schöne Terrasse. Es ist einfach alles da, so wie man es von zu Hause gewohnt ist. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoß mit eigenem Gartenanteil, auch für Hunde super geeignet. Von der Wohnung geht man in max. 10 min. ans Meer. Hundestrand,...

「Beautiful property in a fabulous location. Straight out the door into the old town. Swimming from the rocks and ledges just outside and lots of gorgeous restaurants. Bike hire was a bonus and boat trips a stone a through away. Lots of stairs to get the apartment by you soon get used to it. Very clean and well laid and the views from the terrace balcony were amazing. 」

Die Vermieter haben wir kurz kennengelernt, sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die gute Fee, die sonst regelmäßig vor Ort ist ebenso. Die Kommumikation mit ihr über Google-Translate war gut möglich, man wusste sich immer zu helfen. Pool war auch sehr gepflegt und wurde immer sauber gehalten. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. 「会議で6泊しましたが、街中にあるのでとても便利でした。窓を閉めると外の音はほとんど入って来ないので、週末のお祭りのときも静かでした。レセプションは港に近い別のところにあるのですが、建物入口に地図が書いてあるので問題ないと思います。到着が23時くらいになり連絡する手段がなかったのですが、レセプション近くのお店の人に電話してもらい、チェックインすることができました。船やバスが到着する度にわざわざ探しに来てくれていたようで、クラウディアさんには大変感謝しています。」

「観光エリア内の好立地。バスターミナルは街の逆側なので徒歩15分程度は掛かります。 早朝、夜も人通りがあり、危険性は感じない。下がレストランのようで人によっては夜の騒音が多少気になるかも。 エアコン、冷蔵庫など設備も十分。 鍵の受け渡しもメールのやり取りで簡単に進められるので心配なし。」

「Amazing location - we were easy walking distance to both the old town and the resort swimmimg areas (Mulini Beach, etc.). The property was very clean and comfortable, and was cooled by evening breezes even on warm days. Keep in mind that the area is not a particularly quiet place in the evening because of loud motorcycles accelerating up the hill heading out of town. Overall, though, we had a great time there and wish we could've stayed longer!」

「Preis-leistungsmäßig top! Die Rezeptionistin war sehr höflich und auf zack. Das Appartment war total nett und die Lage ist sehr schön. Parkplatz kostet 1€ am Tag und wenn man Glück hat kann man direkt vorm Appartment parken. Wir hatten unsere 3 kleinen Hunde mit und die haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Hunde waren sehr willkommen bei jedem. Das einzige manko war, dass die Herdplatte nicht richtig funktioniert hat aber man kann auch super essen gehen rundum in den Restaurants oder eine einfache...

「Leiligheten var lys og moderne med mange kunsteriske detaljer og artig interiør. Kjøkkenet var dårlig utstyrt i forhold til å lage varm mat, for eksempel dårlig stekepanne og ikke stekespade, men det fungerte greit med brødmat. Gode senger, to ok bad og en sofa å slappe av i. Veldig sentral beliggenhet i hjertet av gamlebyen. Passer fint for venner eller familie, men ikke for folk med dårlige ben, da det er veldig mange trapper å bære koffertene, både i gangen og i leiligheta. Litt vanskelig med...

「Older building and amenities, but as expected for an accomodation in the Old Town. Location is what you are paying for here - just 1 min away from the Arch to enter the Old Town streets, amazing restaurants nearby and around the corner, and the place is tucked away in a quiet side street. About a 15-20 min walk from the Rovinj bus station. Had a queen bed and queen sofa set up that worked well for us.
