This is THE place to stay in Cetinje. The only really nice place in the center pedestrian zone. It is right next to King Nikola's Palace and is surrounded by restaurants and cafes.

Quite rude/ judgmental front desk and other staff. Also the bigger issue is that we were not notified prior to arrival that all the hotel restaurant facilities were completely shut down due to some large private group booking. Not even room service was available to get a hamburger or any type of food at all. We arrived quite late at like 9:30pm after a very long day of 5 hrs of driving and specifically had selected the hotel due to a highly rated restaurant/spa/gym. If someone had thought it prudent to let guests know before arrival that none of their facilities were available we could have planned accordingly and gotten dinner somewhere else on the way. However they did not. By the time we got to our room after finding this out it was after 10pm and mostly all of the local restaurants were already closed. The one restaurant in town the front desk staff kept trying to insist I go to would probably have given me food positioning given its abysmal reviews- so we did not get dinner that night. The room itself was nice and the gym was good, however given the attitudes of most staff I encountered and the poor communication I would not stay again .

Établissement joli tout neuf et très joliment décoré …. Mais !! Emplacement trop loin de la mer,heureusement on a un accès à 2 plages privées . Tout le tour de l’hôtel est en travaux ! Vous avez le bruit des marteaux piqueurs en boucle …Ce qui nous a vraiment déçu c’est le niveau de service ! On nous met a disposition des pantoufles en coton comme dans tous les hôtels de standing ! Et bien dans celui là on vous les fait PAYER ! Il faut les rendre pour que l’hôtel les lave et les remet en service ! Alors qu’elles se trouvent dans l’armoire de la chambre ! On vous met dans la salle de bain une petite pochette avec un nécessaire ! Brosse à dents coton charlotte jetable ! Et bien de la même manière si vous utilisez et que vous l’emportez avec vous ON VOUS LE FAIT PAYER. ! C’est la première fois que je vois un service minimum payant ! C’est inadmissible ! Une chambre qui est facturée 400€ la nuit ! Nous ne reviendrons jamais dans cette enseigne et ne le recommanderons certainement pas . Politique de l’hôtel à revoir pour un établissement qui se veut de luxe
