「The hotel provides you with a parking tag, but it is very difficult to find parking near, lugging the luggage around on this type of pavement is extremely difficult. It would have been helpful to provide a map around the hotel to locate street parking.」

「The hotel was dated, looks like it could use a refresh. Paint chipping, mold in the shower. No toilet paper in the room. It was overall quiet and beds were comfortable but it definitely wasn't what i was expecting.」

「Clean room, although there was a lot of furniture packed in there. Mattress was a little worn down and soft, but it was comfortable and I slept well since it was a very quiet location. Close to the city center and getting to the sights of Ioannina was very easy. The small breakfast had nice offerings and was a nice way to start the day.」

「A simply lovely small hotel in the heart of the old town. Beautiful decoration, thoughtful touches in the rooms. The staff were excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Even though parking is not offered, they helped with a parking permit. Breakfast was delicious. Perfect location walking distance to everything in Ioannina. Highly recommended.」

「Stayed as a couple in early April 2026. Very welcoming and kind staff, spacious clean room with partial lake view and a terrace with nice outdoor seats and table. Shower needs refurbishment - tile grouting refresh and fixing gap in plastic closure that allowed water to leak on the bathroom floor. Not in control of the host, but rooms are not well sound proofed another guest one floor above was walking in the room in high heels around midnight which was quite disturbing, so pack your earplugs....

「Man braucht knapp 30min bis zur Festung ist aber dennoch in der Nähe des Zentrums, was sich über eine längere Straße mit Cafés und Restaurants erstreckt. Die Straße ist etwas ruhiger. Für uns hat die Lokation und die Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr gut gepasst. Man kommt mit 2 Tür Codes ins Haus und dann ins Zimmer.」

「First time at Gefyri and I would go back in a second. Staff was awesome ! Location to the town great , next to the famous Konitsa bridge. Parking was easy. Mr Thimios at the desk was a pro making sure everything was to our liking. 」
