"Property is very nice and in a wonderful location in Karfas and Margarita is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the 2bd/1ba on the top floor. It was plenty roomy with a nice breeze, and the views were beautiful from all windows/patio. There are some beach toys for the kids to use, a nice shower to rinse of the salt and sand, and easy street parking a few steps away. Of the three locations we stayed while in Chios, this was the kids (6 & 8 yo) favorite."

"Wonderful four day stay. Have been to this property many times over the years. The service and overall quality is still excellent. The front office staff could not be more accommodating. Very efficient, cordial, and helpful. We were even able to check in early due to our ferry from Athens coming in early. They were very flexible and incredibly kind. We would highly recommend this property. Breakfast room is beautiful!"

"Exceptional Service - from the moment we arrived, our stay was perfect - they really understand hospitality. The owner is onsite everyday - from breakfast in the morning - throughout the day - and in the evening happiness! Wonderful views - Karfas offers great restaurants and wonderful beach. This is the place to stay in Chios!"

"The room well accommodated three people. George was a wonderful host. Very helpful and helped us with any questions we had, helped make dinner reservations, etc. Only real issue was the shower. It was small (although this is not unusual in Greece), but it was the way it was constructed, all the water would spray out onto the bathroom floor, so we were constantly mopping it up. Otherwise, I would recommend!"
