"This is a fantastic villa, well equipped for a comfortable stay in a stunning location. We really enjoyed the area - swimming and paddle boarding in the lake and cycling. Bauduen is a small village, very pretty with restaurants to enjoy. I really recommend this villa if you like the quiet life - hopefully we will return!"

Lots of windows and the large decking area make the most of the beautiful view but a lack of curtains or blinds make it hard to keep cool when the temperatures are high as they were during our stay. "Extremely friendly welcome from the owners/landlords who live on the same estate. Lots of space and beautiful places of interest nearby. The owner is a professional tourist guide and gave us many perfect recommendations. The dogs live in a large kennel behind the house. It is a little smelly if you forget to close the window. The cats lie, don't believe them, they get food, however they may look at you, they don't starve :)."

"We stayed in the house for 8 nights (2 adults and 3 kids), it was absolutely wonderful. It is even better than the pictures, the house, the pool and everything was just fabulous. The house was very clean, it had a coffee machine, ice machine, several places to sit outside and enjoy the sun, and a really nice stone sofa. We didn’t want to leave and would love to go back. The hosts were the sweetest and nicest people. I recommend this house to everyone."

Une fois sur place le jacuzzi est en travaux et même en option finalement l'annonce n'est pas claire je n'ai pas apprécié cette mauvaise surprise. Le mobil home est propre la clim est un atout. Les alentours offrent de nombreuses activités."

"Clean and confortable room. The property has a green area and a nice pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, but it could have more fruit options. There is pizza and drinks available during the evening, which was really convenient. There are also restaurants at walking distance. I definitely recommend the stay!"

Very good experience but choose the Style !

"Everything was fine and the clerks were just very polite and friendly, mostly at the “Style” Ibis. I would sure go back there but I would sleep at the “Style” Ibis instead of the Budget. The “atmosphere” at the Style was much better !"

Beautiful and charming simple hotel

"Great view of the lake, good food and good service. Room conditions need improvement as two electrical outlets didn’t work in our room. Only outlet working was the one for the TV, They brought us an extension cord and unplugged the TV to solve the problem. Room condition and facilities are very basic but I guess that’s what we paid for. "

Difficulties upon arrival

"Turns out they were closed on the day of our checkin which we were not aware of. We tried to call and no one answered. We finally got a number for emergencies and he gave us the code to the safe with our key. When we got to the place they had not prepared at all. The beds were not made, there was no soap or cleaning items to towels yet checkout required us to wash dishes. The electricity was also off so we had to find the electrical box. The WiFi also didn’t work. When we tried to calll back the emergency number no one answered."
