Room was hot and couldnt keep the windows open due to no screens, people making noise outside and someone smoking near our window. No black out curtains so all night light was shining through window. The young man Hillary, tried everything to make our stay comfortable. he has a great personality."

Even thou this is a very large hotel our room was situated on top of the gigantic commercial extractor fan system,them the noise was constant. If you are using this booking system request to be away from it otherwise with jet lag is very hard to sleep. We enjoyed our breakfast. Staff was friendly."
