Hotel don’t have iron and when asked they said they have only few irons which is being used by other customers. Hotel room is very small and bathroom is small also.

Firstly, the temperature in our room was unacceptably high throughout our stay. The room was excessively hot, making it almost impossible to sleep. We spent the nights sweating and suffering considerable discomfort due to the heat. I reported this issue to the reception; however, I was simply informed that nothing could be done. At the very least, the hotel could and should have provided a fan or an alternative solution to alleviate the situation. The most serious incident occurred on 25 June 2026. A party was being held in the restaurant on either the first or second floor, directly below my room (Room 420). A DJ played extremely loud music late into the evening, causing significant disturbance and preventing us from resting. At approximately 10:00 p.m., I emailed reception to complain about the excessive noise, clearly explaining that we were unable to sleep and were suffering from severe headaches because of the volume of the music. When no action was taken, I sent a second email at approximately 10:45 p.m., again expressing my concerns and the impact the noise was having on our wellbeing. Despite these repeated complaints, no action was taken by the hotel staff. The music finally stopped at around 11:00 p.m., but by then our evening had been completely ruined and our sleep severely disrupted. I find it unacceptable that repeated complaints regarding excessive noise and guest welfare were ignored.

Convenient location with easy access to Zurich. The train stop is 1 minute fromthe hotel. Some nice local restaurants with local ambience. Loved it. Perfect place to base yourself and plan trips accross the country.
