Villa Old Olive Prima with pool is a 6-bedroom villa for rent in Istria. It boasts a large swimming pool, perfect for swimming. It also has a shallow water surface, suitable for smaller kids. This modern villa is a great holiday base for families with children, groups of friends, or corporate trips.
It is located near Vodnjan, halfway from Rovinj to Pula. The area is very popular for olive groves, so here in the garden, you will find an old olive tree, as well as more olive trees in line with a hedge.
Villa Old Olive Prima is the perfect oasis for families and friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday in Istria. It offers a lot of indoor and outdoor space for everyone. Several terraces and internal and external staircases make the communication between the levels and the pool easy and suitable for everyone.
Villa Old Olive Prima extends over 3 levels and occupies 500 m2 of the residential area. The main floor is the upper floor. It boasts a master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Moreover, the upper floor boasts an open concept living zone with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. There is also an additional toilette on this floor. The living area opens up to the large terrace with an outdoor dining table and lounge seating. From here you can enjoy views of the sea and the Brijuni archipelago.
The ground floor contains 4 bedrooms with king-size beds and private bathrooms with shower Furthermore, on this floor, you will found a sauna and an additional bathroom. Next, the lowest level features a large entertainment room with billiards, table soccer, and table tennis. Here is also one of the bedrooms, featuring a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower.
The nearest village center is less than a 5-minute drive away (only 3 km), but here you can still feel great privacy and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
On days when you want to go out on the beach and swim in the crystal clear sea, within a 10-minute drive you can find many natural pebble beaches.
This large holiday villa in Istria is fully equipped. You will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Among other leisure and practical amenities, a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer are provided here.
Free Wi-Fi is available in and out of the villa. All rooms are air-conditioned. Loud parties and youth groups (under 25 years) are not allowed.
A security deposit of 1,000 EUR in cash is required on the day of arrival and will be fully refunded on the day of departure, provided that no damage has been made to the property.

Villa bellissima

villa di recente costruzione dotata di ogni comfort, zona tranquilla, unico neo elettrodomestici e tv color della camera padronale in lingua tedesca. Se possibile impostarli almeno in lingua inglese. Per il resto bellissima! Darijo molto disponibile e cordiale.
