Very clean room, friendly staff, breakfast is as described and very good variety, good location with easy tram route into dam square. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a less tourist heavy area.

Decent and clean rooms when we checked-in. Great fresh breakfast everyday! Very friendly and resourceful staff. Airconditioning and heating working fine. Our best choice for LOCATION exploring Amsterdam. Walking distance to Central Station, Metro subway and the must see sights. Plenty of food and shops right at our doorstep.

Beautiful property and amazing staff. Very luxurious stay. Leo, the bartender is exceptional at knowing the perfect combination of liquors to create memorable sips. We were first assigned room 415, which had construction on the other side of our headboard that began at 7:30am. When I complained, Reception changed our room for better sleep. All the rooms are truly beautiful and unique.
