「Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, la maison est bien pensée, avec quelques bonus comme le jacuzzi en extérieur (où regarder les étoiles le soir en famille), le sauna ou le billard. Bien placée aussi entre les lacs dAnnecy et du Bourget. Mais c’est surtout la propriété qui rend le séjour vraiment spécial : forêt, cours d’eau, champ de fleurs sauvages, vraiment spécial ! Dans les petits bémols, la maison commençait à être mise en location et les casseroles, poêles, etc pourraient être...

「A Annecy pour faire le triathlon de l’Alpsman, nous avons séjourné dans la villa. Rien de mieux pour être dans de bonnes condition, nous avons adoré la maison à l’unanimité. Très bien équipée, une vue magnifique sur le lac.Un accueil chaleureux et une réactivité de Philippe très appréciable également.」

It was great to explore Lake Annecy from Dossard which provided a relaxed base for us to plan our adventures. 「It was a beautiful house in a lovely town. Much nicer than a big city. We were able to cook meals in the large kitchen. The house was filled with sunlight and was very quiet. Short drive to town. Very friendly host. Great communication 」

「Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in atemberaubender Lage über dem See. Die Umgebung ist fantastisch und läd zu vielfältigen sportlichen Aktivitäten ein. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. 」

Our friendly hosts ensured they were there in person both at the start and end of our stay. 「We really enjoyed the location and situation of this property. It was modern yet still has character and it was private and secure. The kitchen has all that’s needed and there are planet of bathrooms for a large group. We had a slight plumbing issue and Aline was responsive and quick to help resolve it. We’d have liked the pool house to have had the same level of decoration as the main house, otherwise it was perfect. 」

「Heerlijk verblijf gehad in villa de Baumier! Prachtig huisje, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, goede bedden, 2 badkamers en waar we heel erg van genoten hebben was de airco! Alles was nieuw, schoon en heel netjes. Ook ideaal: supermarkt om de hoek. 」

「Das Haus hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Unserer Familie (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) hat es an nichts gemangelt. Der Pool und der Billardtisch im Keller waren besondere Highlights. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief reibungslos (auch auf Englisch). Die Umgebung bietet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie und jede Menge lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele. Wir Danken Sarah und Claude für sehr entspannte Tage in ihrem Ferienhaus.」

"フランスの定番フランチャイズホテル珍しくキッチン付きルームがあったので予約最低限のキッチン道具はあったが殆ど使われてない雰囲気。有料の地下パーキングは良かった。建物は古いが問題の無いレベル繁華街でショッピングには問題無さそう"
