PESSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA. NÃO VALE A PENA.

A estrutura do hotel é boa, moderna. EXPERIÊNCIA PESSIMA. NÃO ACONSELHO A ESTADIA DO HOTEL. Primeiro a acessibilidade, um morro tão íngrime que dá medo de subir. O hotel faz evento e não tinha vaga para estacionar. Foi uma dificuldade para achar alguma vaga. As dependências comuns do hotel você não consegue utilizar por causa do evento. Sobre limpeza, impecável. Porém o chão é porcelanato, um gelo. Café da manhã pessimo, os pães tudo duro e pouca opção pela estrutura do hotel e o preço que cobram da estadia. No quarto ficamos escutando música até 00:00 por causa do casamento. PESSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA. Os funcionários sem simpatia, somente o menino que acompanha no quarto. Recepcionista 0.

Noite de Réveillon o Hotel ofereceu uma Ceia com o custo adicional de 500,00 por pessoa; entretanto, não disponibilizou jantar para os hospedes que não queriam participar da Ceia. O funcionário da recepção sugeriu um delivery ou que atravessássemos a BR para comprar algo no posto de gasolina…… simplesmente inadmissível.
