We had a great time. our one and only problem was we only were provided towels for Showering, but not for washing our face. It's possible it was just missed by the cleaning staff. On a positive, the staff was also super helpful and we would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Em termos de pessoal, atendimento com cortesia e presteza. A limpeza deuxou a desejar. Cama mal feita, com aparencia de usada, lencois amarrotados e coberta suja. Ao entrar no quarto, a aparencia foi ruim. Precisa melhorar muito nesse aspecto. Como ja conheço o hotel ha muito tempo, fiquei surpresa com esse quesito. No restante, td otimo.
