The staff member working the shift on April 4, 2026, the day of our departure, was rude and unhelpful. In contrast, the staff member on the previous day, the day of our arrival, was very kind and helpful. He assisted us with everything and even booked a restaurant for us.
The property itself is nice, and the rooms are pleasant. However, our experience with the staff member on the day of departure was disappointing.

Only small gripe was aircon wasnt allowed yet even though temp was warm, so was difficult to get a good nights sleep in 25C room or windows open with mosquitos.
