He’ll for under $100 it was a room. Only thing that really got was it looked like some was doing lines on the beat up night stand just before I got there"

"Room was nice and clean. Spa was broken and inoperable, which I expect to be working when it’s listed as an amenity. I saw no one there trying to fix it during my stay. This is also the first time stating at ANY hotel where they were unwilling to put lobby snacks on the room tab - a separate transaction (cash or card) was required to buy a bag of chips. Do better, Best Western."

"Workout facilities are not good. They aren’t regularly cleaned and attended to, the fans have been broken for years. The staff was unhelpful. Housekeeping doesn’t answer the phone. Our room wasn’t made up our last day. Front desk didn’t give off a customer centric attitude. The property just seemed a bit dirty and in need of a refresh. It’s a pretty property but just hasn’t been kept up to Hyatt standards. "

"If you just need a super cheap place to stay near 6 flags, but no other reason to stay. Unfortunately the hot tub and pool were out of service. I know that can’t be helped sometimes, but it was the main reason we booked this place. Maybe they could put an update while booking so people know. The hotel is super run down. It seemed fairly clean, as in sanitized, but hard to tell because of how old everything was. There was a strange red wax on the bathroom wall that could have been cleaned but was maybe just wiped over. This room was cheap and it shows why. No bed bugs, was the first thing I checked."
