Heureusement, il restait des chalets disponibles… dans la partie prévue pour les hôtes d’un jour, donc : stationnement loin du chalet. Pas de 4G (ni de wifi, of course). Piscine fermée 4 jours avant la date prévue. Par contre: accueil sympa, excellent couchage et chalet très propre."

"We loved the gite, it was clean, everything was well catered for and it had a great setting. Michel and Martine were great hosts and left us to enjoy our holiday but were around if we needed them. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday and would recommend to friends to stay there and we would gladly go back. The rugby matches we saw in St Etienne were great, fantastic atmosphere and great to watch with people from so many different countries attending."

"We really enjoyed our 2weeks here. The morning sunrises were amazing! Loved having the space to spread out, it is quite a hill to walk up on the way back from town but we got used to it and helped our fitness! The town has so much to see and again we loved being able to see the 3 major icons from our house. Just be aware it has stairs(15 steps to first level and 15 to top level, very squeaky too ha! ) was fine for us but incase u r older or impaired could be an issue."

"The hamlet of Le Mirial was delightful, a truly peaceful away from it all. Madame Albaret, who looks after the keys, was most welcoming and helpful. In fact everyone in the hamlet was friendly. "I stayed in both the regular and the budget Ibis in Le Puy en Velay. Both were great. For the savings, I would probably stay in the budget Ibis again because it had everything I needed and it was right across from the train station. Both are convenient for touring the town or beginning the Camino."
